Your business uses our servers in our data centre.
Commonly referred to as “Infrastructure as a Service” or IaaS. We allocate you space on our large, powerful servers and you access remotely using your PC, thin client or even your iPad. Once you’re connected it’s just like using your own servers at your own office.
We take care of your backups, communications, virus protection, security and system updates – while you run your business as usual, without having to worry about maintaining complicated IT hardware on your premises.
Virtual Filing Cabinet
For offsite storage of your data which needs to be accessed, archive data, data from old systems.
If your business has migrated to new software and the old systems need to still be around for occasional access, we can host that. It can be anything from simple data through to entire application servers ready to be accessed when you need them. It can be online permanently or available as requested – suitable for when access requirements are very infrequent.
Virtual Web Server
An option for web hosting where you don’t want to buy and run your own web server, but traditional ISPs aren’t offering the flexibility you need.
Once you’re no longer concerned with the hardware, you can focus all your attention on the website.
Hot Backup This is the option that not only backs up your data, but in the event of a system interruption it ensures your business can keep operating.
For day-to-day operation your data stays on your servers in your office and is backed up daily to our data centre. If your servers fail for any reason, we are able to provide swift recovery from our Auckland data centre.
Critical Backup An hourly off-site backup of your most important files means even in the event of equipment failure or power loss, you never lose more than 59 minutes’ worth of work.
For planned interruptions like office moves or server upgrades, you can cut over to, and work from, your off-site backup.
Individual Backup An off-site backup service for home office or laptop users.
If your laptop is broken or stolen, how long would it take to get your data back?
Backup your data to our data centre and you know exactly where it is. You won’t have to wait a couple of days for your data to download from a foreign country. You can come to our Canadian data centre and collect it on a hard drive. As an extra service you can even wait while we load your files onto your new laptop.
Short term housing can help when there are times when you know your IT systems are going to be disrupted but you’ll still need to access your server – for example:
Our short-term Cloud Advantage solutions are designed to take the hassle out of those times, and as a result are very popular with our clients. We can either host your physical server in our data centre, or we can replicate your server on our machines.
Because these are “no term” services you’re not locked into a contract period. If your interruption is longer or shorter than planned, there is no penalty.
Temporary Server Home
Your physical server is temporarily hosted at our data centre.
You can still connect to it and access your data from your usual locations.
You bring us the box, we put it in a rack, plug it in and set you up to access it from your desired location (office, home, etc.).
Temporary Data Home
We replicate your server on our machines and give you full access to it. This means your data is temporarily stored in our data centre and you can access it as though it were still in your own office.
We come to your place and take an image of your server, then copy that image to our server farm and get you up and running with access to it.
Cloud additional services options available. Sometimes a combination of Cloud and on-site services is the best solution for a business. iNFINITE offers this solution as Cloud+
Cloud+ IT Support
Some or all of your servers are housed in our data centre. We also support any IT systems you want to keep on site.
You’ll have the same engineer for your remote and on-site services, so you’re always dealing with someone who’s familiar with your IT set-up and knows your unique business needs. Your engineer will give you a consistently high level of service across all your IT systems, including your cloud services.
We provide helpdesk, onsite support, server maintenance and whatever other IT services you need on your premises, plus the same engineers who look after your office look after your servers in the datacenter.
Cloud+ Office
We give you a War Room: a functioning office for up to twelve people, complete with PCs set up to mirror those in your own office.
If there’s a major disaster in your premises you can be back at work in the War Room within four hours. This minimizes your business interruption and leaves you free to focus on recovery and continuity. This is for businesses who are using our Virtual Server Room and as part of the on-going commitment we maintain the PCs/thin clients in a state that means we can deploy them just like your office PCs on a short notice.
